What documents are needed to send the request?
Step 1
Produce the following documents
2) Photocopy of the legal translation of the qualification and/or photocopy of the Declaration of Value;
3) Copy of the registration in the Register of Nurses and the authorization to practice, legally translated and apostilled;
4) Photocopy of an identity document. If the identity document is not the same as the one that appears in the qualification, attach a copy of the document that appears in the qualification;
5) Photocopy of valid passport;
6) Curriculum vitae in European format;
Do not send photographs, we only accept PDF format documents.

Fill out the form remembering to also have a valid identity document, telephone number and email address with you.
In the text of the message, once the documents have been uploaded, specify the location of the Italian Embassy/Consulate closest to your residence. It cannot be an honorary Consulate as it does not process visas.
When all documents have been verified and you are eligible, we will contact you by sending you a Promise of Employment. You will have to sign the part written in Italian and send us a scanned copy in PDF format via the website: www.nursesitaly.com
Finally, we will contact you for an online interview.

How do you get a work visa?
When the Nulla osta is granted, which can take up to 3 months, the Prefecture transmits it to the Italian Consulate in the country where you are located.
Once the authorization has been received, the Consulate will summon you to give you the visa for subordinate work to legally enter Italy. We will keep in touch during this process. The Consulate may request the documents it deems necessary.
